- Market trend analysis and research assistance for cryptocurrency and blockchain topics
- Educational content and information
The Service is a research and information platform. It is not a trading platform, brokerage, exchange, or custodial service.
Not a Financial Service — No AFSL
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
3.1 Glass Lane Pty Ltd does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL).

15.3 Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@glasslane.io within 30 days of the dispute arising.
15.4 Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Entire Agreement
